If you need to exchange your permit...
If you change dorms and need to park in a different lot, come to Parking & Transportation Services. We'll swap your old permit for your new location - no service charges.
If you sell your car...
...you can't sell your parking permit along with it. Return your permit to us for a prorated refund, or we'll exchange it for a permit that meets your needs.
* Refund value is calculated at monthly rates - call Parking & Transportation Services at 723-9362 and we'll tell you what your permit is worth. If you're paying for your permit through Automatic Bank Deductions, we'll also need your authorization to stop payments. Keep in mind, we can't stop the deductions or give you a refund until your permit has been returned to us, and your permit decreases in value with each passing day. This program is NOT part of the University's Payroll Direct Deposit Program.
