CHAPTER I

GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

SU-1     Authority for Conditions and Regulations.

 

These Conditions and Regulations are promulgated by the President of the University under Section 21113(a) of the Vehicle Code of the State of California ("Vehicle Code") and in accordance with authorization by the Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University. The President of the University may change these Conditions and Regulations or adopt such additional conditions and regulations as he or she may deem necessary or appropriate for the regulations of the driving, operating, stopping, standing and parking of vehicles on Stanford University grounds.

 

SU-2     Applicability of Conditions and Regulations.

 

These conditions and regulations are applicable to the driving, operating, stopping, standing and parking of vehicles on Stanford University grounds.

 

SU-3     Inspection of Conditions and Regulations.

 

Copies of these conditions and regulations shall be available for inspection at the Department of Public Safety, the Parking & Transportation Services Office, the J. Henry Meyer Memorial Library, and Green Library during regular business hours.

 

SU-4     Applicability of Vehicle Code.

 

Unless otherwise provided in these conditions and regulations, all the provisions of the Vehicle Code relating to traffic upon the highways and to driving, operating, stopping, standing and parking of vehicles shall be applicable on Stanford University grounds.

 

SU-5     Saving Clause.

 

Should any of these Conditions and Regulations be for any reason held invalid, the invalidity thereof shall in no way affect any of the other Conditions and Regulations. Any such invalid conditions and regulations shall be wholly disregarded.

 

SU-6     Vehicle Code Definitions.

 

All definitions of words and phrases set forth in the Vehicle Code are hereby incorporated in these conditions and regulations as though set forth in full herein.

 

 

SU-7     Definitions.

 

In addition to the definitions set forth in the Vehicle Code, the following definitions shall govern the construction of these conditions and regulations, unless the provisions or context otherwise require.

 

(a) Blue Zone. A "Blue Zone" is a parking area restricted for use by vehicles displaying a valid Disabled Person’s placard or license plate.

 

(b) Community Service Officer (CSO). A "Community Service Officer" is a member of the Community Service Division of the Department of Public Safety who has been deputized by the Sheriff of Santa Clara County for the limited purpose of enforcing parking regulations on the grounds of Stanford University.

 

(c) Commuter Permit. A "Commuter Permit" is a parking permit intended for use by faculty, staff, students other than Resident Students and others who commute to campus on a regular basis.

 

(d) Department of Public Safety. The "Department of Public Safety" is the Stanford University Department of Public Safety.

 

(e) Deputy Sheriff. A "Deputy Sheriff" is any person employed by the Department of Public Safety as a regularly salaried Santa Clara County Reserve Deputy Sheriff.

 

(f) Director of Public Safety. The "Director of Public Safety" is the Director of the Stanford University Department of Public Safety, or his or her delegate.

 

(g) Green Zone. Green curbing indicates time-limit parking.

 

(h) Loading Zone. A "Loading Zone" is an area designated by yellow curbing or signage, where stopping is allowed only for the purpose of loading or unloading passengers or freight for the time specified.

 

(i) Director of Parking & Transportation Services. The "Director of Parking & Transportation Services" is the Manager of the Stanford University Parking & Transportation Services Office, or his or her delegate.

 

(j) Motor Vehicle. A "Motor Vehicle" is a vehicle which is self-propelled, including a motorcycle, motor scooter, moped, low speed vehicle (LSV), or golf cart. "Motor Vehicle" does not include a self-propelled wheelchair, invalid tricycle, motorized quadricycle, LSV, or golf cart when operated by or on behalf of a person who, by reason of physical disability, is otherwise unable to move about as a pedestrian.

 

(k) Motorcycle Parking Area. A "Motorcycle Parking Area" is an area for parking motorcycles, motor scooters, or mopeds.

 

(l) Pedestrian Zone. A "Pedestrian Zone" or "Vehicle Exclusion Area" is an area in which motor vehicle traffic is banned except for emergency vehicles and service and other vehicles specifically authorized by the Director of Public Safety or the Manager of Parking & Transportation Services and bearing the appropriate permit.

 

(m) Permit Zone. The "Permit Zone" is the area of Stanford University Grounds shown in Figure 2 where University parking permits are required.

 

(n) Red Zone. Red curbing indicates that no stopping, standing or parking is permitted.

 

(o) Registered Permit Holder(s). A "Registered Permit Holder" is a person to whom a parking permit has been issued by Parking & Transportation Services.

 

(p) Registered Vehicle. A "Registered Vehicle" is a vehicle for which a University Parking Permit has been issued.

 

(q) Replacement Vehicle. A "Replacement Vehicle" is a vehicle that permanently replaces a Registered Vehicle.

 

(r) Resident Permit. A "Resident Permit" is a permit intended for use by Resident Students.

 

(s) Resident Student. A "Resident Student" is a registered stu­dent or his or her spouse or domestic partner whose residence is located within a Permit Zone.

 

(t) Service Vehicle. A "Service Vehicle" is any Motor Vehicle owned by the University or any other entity used for service, delivery or other business on Stanford University Grounds.

 

(u) Stanford University Grounds. "Stanford University Grounds" are all the properties owned by Leland Stanford Junior University in the Counties of Santa Clara and San Mateo, including such properties lying within incorporated cities.

 

(v) Traffic Control Device. A "Traffic Control Device" is any sign, signal, marking, or device consistent with Section 21400 of the Vehicle Code, placed or erected for the purpose of regulating, warning or guiding traffic.

 

(w) Parking & Transportation Services. "Parking & Transportation Services” is the Stanford University Parking & Transportation Services Office.

 

(x) University Parking Permit. A "University Parking Permit" is any parking permit issued by Parking & Transportation Services to faculty, staff, students and others.

 

(y) Unregistered Vehicle. An "Unregistered Vehicle" is a vehicle that does not display a valid University Parking Permit in the manner required by these Conditions and Regulations.

 

(z) Vehicle Code. "Vehicle Code" means the California Vehicle Code.

 

(aa) Vehicle Exclusion Area. See "Pedestrian Zone".

 

(bb) White Zone. White curbing indicates a restricted parking area as specified by curb stenciling or signage.

 

(cc) Yellow Zone. Yellow curbing indicates a Loading Zone.

 

 

 

Chapter II

TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES

 

SU-8     Authority to Install Traffic Control Devices.

 

The Director of Public Safety shall have the power and duty, in accordance with these Conditions and Regulations and the Vehicle Code, to place and maintain or cause to be placed and maintained such traffic control devices as he or she may deem necessary or appropriate to regulate traffic and driving, operating, stopping, standing and parking of vehicles on Stanford University grounds.

 

SU-9     Hours of Operation.

 

The Director of Public Safety shall determine the hours and days during which any traffic control device shall be in operation or be in effect.

 

SU-10   Obedience to Traffic Control Devices.

 

Any person driving, operating, stopping, standing or parking any vehicle shall obey the instructions of any traffic control device applicable thereto, unless otherwise directed by an authorized Officer, subject to the exceptions granted to an authorized emer­gency vehicle and those granted to vehicles bearing a special permit.

 

SU-11   Authority of Police and Fire Departments to Direct Traffic.

 

(a) Deputy Sheriffs, Community Service Officers, regu­lar members of the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department and other persons when designated by the Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized to direct all traffic by voice, hand or signal in conformance with these Conditions and Regulations and the Vehicle Code. In the event of a fire or other emergency or to expedite traffic or to safeguard pedestrians, such persons may direct traffic as conditions may require, notwithstanding the provisions of the traffic laws.

 

(b) Members of any Fire Department, when at the scene of a fire or a drill, may direct or assist in the directing of traffic in the immediate vicinity thereof.

 

SU-12   Traffic Control Devices Required for Enforcement.

 

No provisions of these Conditions and Regulations relating to the driving, operating, stopping, standing and parking of vehicles, except such as are applicable by reason of Section SU-4, shall be enforced against an alleged violation unless notice of these conditions and regulations has been given by the placement of traffic control devices or otherwise.

 

 

 

Chapter III

MOVING VEHICLES

 

SU-13   Speed Limits.

 

(a) Unless otherwise provided in this Chapter III, the speed limit on any roadway within Stanford University Grounds is twenty-five (25) miles per hour.

 

(b) The speed limit on any roadway within Escondido Village is twenty (20) miles per hour.

 

(c) The speed limit in any parking lot or parking structure is ten (10) miles per hour.

 

(d) The speed limit within any Pedestrian Zone is ten (10) miles per hour.

 

 

SU-14   Modification of Speed Limits.

 

The Director of Public Safety may from time to time determine speed limits different from those set forth herein for any area of the Stanford University grounds, provided that such speed limits shall be effective only when notice thereof is given by the posting of an appropriate traffic control device.

 

SU-15   Pedestrian Zones.

 

(a) No Motor Vehicle shall be operated, stopped, left standing or parked within a Pedestrian Zone or any other area not designated for the operation or parking of motor vehicles, with the following exceptions:

 

(1) Vehicles displaying Pedestrian Zone Permits or Pedestrian Zone Access Stickers;

 

(2) Vehicles displaying the seal or logo of a department of Stanford University, Stanford University Hospital, or Lucile Packard Children's Hospital;

 

(3) Postal vehicles;

 

(4) Vehicles associated with special events within the Zone, whose access is approved in advance by the Director of Parking & Transportation Services or Director of Public Safety.

 

(b) Access restrictions and permit requirements contained in Subsection (a) shall be in effect at all times. An open gate shall not be construed as suspension of these requirements.

 

(c) Access to Pedestrian Zones controlled by bollards or gates shall be gained only through designated entry points. No motor vehicle shall enter or exit any Pedestrian Zone by driving through lowered gate arms, around bollards or other traffic control devices, or across landscaped or unpaved areas.

 

(d) Access through control gates shall be gained only by use of keys, gate cards or tokens issued by Parking & Transportation Services or its designees.

 

(e) Motor vehicles traveling through any Pedestrian Zone shall follow designated motor vehicle routes and shall park only in designated locations, and shall park in such a way as to not cause a hazard to pedestrians or bicycles.

 

(f) Within any Pedestrian Zone, motor vehicles shall yield to bicycles and pedestrians at all times.

 

(g) Motor vehicles operating within any Pedestrian Zone shall exercise particular care for the safety of pedestrians and bicyclists, and shall come to a halt during periods of peak bicycle and pedestrian traffic. Such peak traffic periods include, but are not limited to, the following times on weekdays when classes are in session:

 

8:50-9:00 a.m.

11:50-12:00 noon

9:50-10:00 a.m.

1:05-1:15 p.m.

10:50-11:00 a.m.

 

 

SU-16   Motorcycles and Mopeds

 

No motorcycle, motor driven cycle (scooter), moped or other motorized cycle shall be driven, operated or parked within a Pedestrian Zone or other area closed to motor vehicles.

 

SU-17   Report of Accidents.

 

The driver of any vehicle involved in an accident on Stanford University grounds resulting in death or injury to any person, damage to the property of any person or any damage to University-owned property shall, in addition to making any other reports required by law, within twenty-four (24) hours report such accident to the Department of Public Safety.

 

SU-18   Violations.

 

Any violation of this Chapter shall be cited pursuant to the appropriate California Vehicle Code section and shall be subject to all appropriate penalties. Violations involving University vehicles will be reported to the department supervisor responsible for use of the vehicle.

 

 

 

 

Chapter IV

PARKING

 

SU-19   Parking Prohibited Except in Conformance with Conditions and Regulations.

 

(a) No vehicle shall be stopped, left standing or parked on Stanford University Grounds except in conformance with the Vehicle Code and with these Conditions and Regulations.

 

(b) This Chapter shall not apply to lands within residential leaseholds or within those parcels of land that are leased to other businesses or institutions.

 

SU-20   Parking Areas - Designation.

 

(a) The Director of Public Safety and Director of Parking & Transportation Services shall designate from time to time the various kinds of parking areas and shall place and maintain or cause to be placed and maintained such traffic control devices as they may deem necessary or appropriate to give notice of such parking areas. Such designations are subject to change.

 

(b) No other person or entity may designate or restrict parking areas without the express consent of the Director of Public Safety.

 

(c) The Director of Parking & Transportation Services shall publish a map showing designated parking areas as of the date appearing on such map. Parking lot designations may be changed from time to time, and the actual designation of the lot by a traffic control device shall govern the use of any such lot.

 

SU-21   Parking within Marked Space.

 

In parking areas where individual parking spaces are desig­nated, every vehicle must be stopped, left standing or parked entirely within the traffic control devices marking a single parking space.

 

(a) Oversized Vehicles. Oversized vehicles (vehicles that cannot fit within a single parking space) may not park in multiple parking spaces on the campus without permission from the Stanford Director of Public Safety (Chief of Police) or the Director of Parking & Transportation Services, or their designee.

 

SU-22   Alleys, Fire Lanes and Landscaped Areas.

 

(a) No vehicle shall be stopped, left standing or parked in alleys, adjacent to jump posts or bollards, or in marked fire control lanes.

 

(b) No vehicle shall be operated or parked in any median strip, landscaped area, unpaved area or any other area not specifically designated for parking.

 

SU-23   Parking Areas - Use.

 

(a) Parking areas designated for permit parking shall be used only by vehicles bearing the appropriate annual or temporary permit, as shown in Table 1.

 

(b) Parking areas designated with a time limit may be used by any vehicle for the period of time marked on the traffic control device giving notice of such parking area.

 

(c) Motorcycles may park in designated Motorcycle Parking Areas with a Motorcycle permit, or in an "A" or "C" or Residence space with the appropriate "A", "C" or Residence permit.

 

(d) Lodging in Vehicles

 

(1) Dwelling or lodging on campus in any motor vehicle, motor home, trailer, boat, or house car on the grounds and roadways of the University without written authorization or special permit from the Stanford Director of Public Safety (Chief of Police) or the Director of Parking & Transportation Services, or their designee, is prohibited.

 

SU-24   Parking Areas - Hours of Enforcement.

 

(a) The regulations governing Red and Blue Zones shall be in effect at all times.

 

(b) Unless otherwise provided on the applicable traffic control device, permit requirements for the following areas shall be in effect at all times:

 

(1) Areas designated solely for Resident Permits;

(2) Spaces designated for use by Resident Fellows.

 

(c) Unless otherwise provided on the applicable traffic control device, permit requirements for the following areas shall be in effect Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding holidays observed by Stanford University:

 

(1) Yellow and White Zones;

(2) Parking meters;

(3) Green Zones and Time-limit Zones;

(4) Areas designated for Commuter Permits;

(5) Areas designated for Service Vehicles or University Vehicles;

(6) Areas designated for shared use by Commuter and Resident Permits.

 

(d) Parking meters shall be in effect Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding holidays observed by Stanford University.

 

SU-25   Storage of Vehicles.

 

(a) No vehicle shall be stored without the express permission of the Director of Parking & Transportation Services or the Director of Public Safety.

 

(b) A vehicle will be considered stored under any of the following circumstances:

 

(1) The vehicle is parked in any Commuter Permit area for more than 72 hours;

 

(2) The vehicle is parked in any Resident Student area while the Registered Permit Holder is not in residence, except during breaks between academic quarters;

 

(3) The vehicle is parked for more than 24 hours anywhere else on Stanford University Grounds, except those streets within the faculty/staff residential area.

 

(c) Issuance of a Stanford University parking permit for a vehi­cle shall in no way be considered as express or implied consent of Stanford University to any storage of the vehicle on Stanford University Grounds.

 

SU-26   Abandoned Vehicles.

 

Any vehicle that is not in running condition or is missing essential parts or is stored without the express permission of the Director of Parking & Transportation Services or the Director of Public Safety shall be considered abandoned.

 

SU-27   Impounding of Vehicles.

 

(a) Any motor vehicle which does not maintain current vehicle registration or has a series of outstanding parking citations may be impounded at the owner's expense until such obligations are satisfied.

 

(b) Any motor vehicle parked within designated Tow-Away zones or Disabled Persons Parking zones will be impounded at the owner's expense.

 

(c) Any vehicle abandoned anywhere on Stanford University Grounds will be removed and impounded at the owner's expense and if not claimed, disposed of by sale, junking or dismantling, in accordance with the provisions of the Vehicle Code.

 

 

 

 

Chapter V

PARKING PERMITS AND VEHICLE

REGISTRATION

 

SU-28   Registration and University Permit Required.

 

(a) Every vehicle that is parked in a Permit Zone shall be registered with Parking & Transportation Services and shall display a valid University Permit, with the following exceptions:

 

(1) Vehicles parked at parking meters, Green Zones or Loading Zones;

 

(2) Vehicles displaying valid Disabled Persons placards or plates issued by any State;

 

(3) Vehicles displaying government seals or license plates;

 

(4) Vehicles displaying the seal or logo of a department of Stanford University, Stanford University Hospital, or Lucile Packard Children's Hospital;

 

(5) Vehicles displaying one-day "scratcher" permits; and

 

(6) Vehicles displaying temporary or special permits issued by Parking & Transportation Services or its designee.

 

(b) Unless otherwise noted on the permit itself or in the instructions issued with the permit, permits must be affixed to the lower corner of the windshield on the driver's side, so as to be clearly visible from the front of the vehicle.

 

SU-29   University Parking Permits - Entitlement.

 

A University Parking Permit entitles the Registered Permit Holder(s) to park in any legal space designated for that permit type if a space is available, and if the permit is properly displayed and the vehicle is parked in accordance with these Conditions and Regulations. The permit is not a guarantee that a space will be available.

 

SU-30   University Parking Permits - Ownership and Use.

 

(a) University Parking Permits are the sole property of Stanford University. They may be used only by the Registered Permit Holder(s) and may not be sold or transferred.

 

(b) Use by anyone other than the Registered Permit Holder(s) may be considered theft through "appropriation of lost property" pursuant to California Penal Code Sec. 485.

 

(c) Anyone who intentionally gives false information to receive a parking permit or transportation benefit will lose his or her right to hold a parking permit or receive any other transportation benefit for at least one year. Such a person may receive disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or expulsion.

 

(d) A University Parking Permit may be revoked at any time by the Director of Public Safety or Director of Parking & Transportation Services at his or her discretion, provided that upon any such revocation a refund of the current value of the permit shall be paid to the Registered Permit Holder(s).

 

SU-31   University Parking Permits - Eligibility.

 

(a) Categories of University Parking Permits and eligibility restrictions are determined by the Director of Parking & Transportation Services. The current permit categories, the areas in which they are valid and eligibility for their purchase are attached to these Conditions and Regulations as Table 1.

 

(b) A Resident Student may hold only one permit, valid only for the Permit Zone in which his or her housing is located, with the following exceptions:

 

(1) Residents of married student housing may hold two Resident Permits per household.

 

(2) Family members who share vehicles and live in separate Permit Zones may hold a permit for each zone.

 

(3) A student whose spouse or domestic partner is a regular employee of an academic or business entity located within a Permit Zone and is not a registered student may hold a Commuter Permit in addition to his or her Resident Permit.

 

(4) A student with extraordinary needs may petition the Director of Parking & Transportation Services for permission to hold a Commuter Permit in addition to his or her Resident Permit, or two different Resident Permits.

 

(c) University departments may purchase Commuter Permits or Service Vehicle Permits with University funds, for use by University personnel or contractors while on University business. These permits shall not be assigned to any individual faculty, staff or students for their personal use.

 

SU-32   Carpool Permits.

 

(a) Two or more employees or students who live outside the Permit Zone may qualify for a Carpool Permit that allows their vehicle to be parked in specially-designated carpool spaces.

 

(b) Carpool Permits are issued at the discretion of Parking & Transportation Services who may ask applicants to submit documentation of driving status, car ownership, residence location and work location, and to attest to travel routes and schedules. If such documentation is required, Parking & Transportation Services will verify work locations and schedules, and judge the reasonableness of the applicants' stated travel route.

 

(c) A holder of a Carpool permit may not simultaneously hold any other parking permit.

 

(d) Whenever a Carpool is discontinued, or the membership of the group changes, Parking & Transportation Services may require that the Carpool Permit be returned for cancellation or re-issuance.

 

SU-33   Permit Fees and Refunds.

 

(a) Permit fees shall be published annually by the Director of Parking & Transportation Services after approval by the Chief Financial Officer. Fees of annual permits shall be prorated from month to month to reflect their remaining value.

 

(b) A transaction fee will be charged for any of the following changes requested by the Permit Holder after the beginning of the permit year:

 

(1) Change between Resident and Commuter Permit;

 

(2) Upgrade or downgrade between types of Commuter Permits;

 

(3) Change from one Resident Permit Zone to another;

 

(4) Replacement of a destroyed permit, unless the destruction was caused be events entirely beyond the control of the permit holder;

 

(5) Refund for a returned permit.

 

Transaction fees may be waived by Parking & Transportation Services in special circumstances.

 

(c) A prorated refund, less a transaction fee, will be paid for an annual 'A', 'C' or Resident Student permit returned before the end of the permit year. That portion of the University Parking Permit bearing the permit number must be returned to Parking & Transportation Services in order to receive a refund.

 

(d) No refunds will be given for quarterly or monthly permits.

 

(e) Fees paid through payroll deduction will be governed by the terms and conditions of the payroll deduction request in addition to these Conditions and Regulations.

 

SU-34   Replacement of Lost, Stolen and Destroyed Permits.

 

(a) Lost or stolen permits will be replaced upon payment of half the current fee.

 

(b) Destroyed permits will be replaced at no charge upon documentation of the event, such as accident or fire, in which the permit was destroyed.

 

(c) Damaged permits will be replaced at no charge upon return of the damaged permit to Parking & Transportation Services.

 

(d) Replacement fees for Carpool Permits and permits originally purchased at a discount will be the same as those for regular permits.

 

SU-35   Disabled Persons Parking Permits.

 

(a) Disabled Persons placards and license plates are valid for parking in any legal space on campus.

 

(b) Disabled persons should apply to the California Department of Motor Vehicles for a Disabled Persons state placard or license plate.

 

 

SU-36   Notification of Change of License Plates or Vehicle.

 

(a) The holder of any University Parking Permit shall notify Parking & Transportation Services within one week of the issuance of new license plates for any vehicle on which the permit may be used.

 

(b) Any Replacement Vehicle shall be registered before parking the replacement vehicle within the Permit Zone. Such registration may be made in person or by telephone.

 

SU-37   Disposition of Registered Vehicle.

 

If a vehicle bearing a University Parking Permit is sold, traded or otherwise disposed of or replaced in use, the Registered Permit Holder shall remove the permit in identifiable condition and return it to Parking & Transportation Services.

 

SU-38   Confidentiality and Inspection of Records.

 

All records maintained by Parking & Transportation Services that contain information on permit holders, vehicles or permits shall be kept confidential, but are open to inspection by the Department of Public Safety, Internal Audit and the Office of General Counsel in the performance of their official duties.

 

 

 

Chapter VI

ENFORCEMENT

 

SU-39   Authority of Deputy Sheriff.

 

It shall be the duty of Deputy Sheriffs to enforce on Stanford University grounds any and all of the provisions of the Vehicle Code and these Conditions and Regulations.

 

SU-40   Authority of Community Service Officers.

 

(a) Community Service Officers employed by the Department of Public Safety shall have the authority to enforce on Stanford University Grounds within unincorporated Santa Clara County the provisions relating to stopping, standing and parking of vehicles and bicycles contained in these Conditions and Regulations and in the Vehicle Code.

 

(b) Community Service Officers employed by the City of Palo Alto shall have the authority to enforce on Stanford University Grounds within the territorial limits of the City of Palo Alto the provisions relating to stopping, standing and parking of vehicles and bicycles contained in these Conditions and Regulations and in the Vehicle Code.

 

SU-41   Enforcement of Vehicle Regulations - Citations.

 

(a) The violation of any provision of these Conditions and Regulations or of the Vehicle Code will be cited under the appropriate Vehicle Code Section on a Santa Clara County, City of Palo Alto or other lawful and appropriate citation form.

 

(b) Violators will be cited to the public authority with jurisdiction over the offense charged.

 

(c) Penalties for all violations except parking violations will be assessed by the Santa Clara County Municipal Court.

 

(d) Penalties for parking violations within unincorporated Santa Clara County will be assessed by the County Board of Supervisors.

 

(e) Penalties for parking violations within the City of Palo Alto will be assessed by the City Council.

 

SU-42   Exemption of Certain Vehicles from Regulations.

 

(a) The conditions and regulations regarding driving, operating, stopping, standing and parking shall not apply to any authorized emergency vehicle when such vehicle is operated in response to an emergency.

 

(b) The Director of Public Safety may adopt regulations excepting vehicles bearing special permits from certain of the conditions and regulations regarding driving, operating, stopping, standing and parking.
