Automatic Bank Deduction
Use your personal checking account to pay for your long-term parking permit in monthly installments - without writing checks each month. Best of all, the service is FREE. Simply fill out the Parking Permit application and attach a voided check. If you have a Stanford or Hospital ID, do it on the web through our Online Ordering system.
Your checking account deduction will take place on the 7th or 22nd of each month. It's that easy. No interest or extra charges of any kind. Just be sure to keep a close eye on your checking account balance - there's a minimum $25 charge for rejected deductions.
If you change or close your account...
This program is NOT related to Stanford Payroll's Automatic Paycheck Deposit System. If you need to stop your automatic bank deductions, or your bank account number changes, you must contact Parking & Transportation Services at (650) 723-9362 or email transportation@stanford.edu.
If you don't need your permit anymore...
Come to the Parking & Transportation Services office at 340 Bonair Siding to return it so we can stop your future automatic bank deductions.
