Use your personal checking account to pay for your parking permits or transit passes in monthly installments - without writing checks each month. Best of all, the service is FREE. Simply fill out a Permit or Transit Pass application AND attach a voided check. If you have a Stanford or Hospital ID, do it on the web through our Online Ordering System.
Your checking account will be charged the amount of your monthly purchases on the 7th or 22nd of the month and you will reccieve your permits/pass(es) for the following month approximately by the 28th of the month. It's that easy. No interest or extra charges of any kind. Just be sure to keep a close eye on your checking account balance - there's a minimum $25 charge for rejected deductions.
If you change or close your account...
This program is NOT related to Stanford Payroll's Automatic Paycheck Deposit System. If you need to stop your Automatic Bank Deductions, or your bank account number changes, you must contact Parking & Transportation Services at (650) 723-9362.
If you don't need your permit/passes anymore...
If you no longer wish to buy passes, notify Parking & Transportation Services office at 340 Bonair Siding so we can stop your automatic bank deductions.
