These terms and conditions comprise the Agreement between Stanford Transportation and the person requesting parking permits and/or parking services where Stripe is used to facilitate payment.
- I understand that Stanford Transportation may use Stripe to facilitate payments for permit and parking services that I request.
- I understand that I may receive any combination of payment links, invoices, and other mediums from Stripe through which to make my payment.
- I understand that payment options may include, but are not limited to, credit card, US bank account (also referred to as ACH transfer), Cash App, and bank transfer (also referred to as wire transfer).

If there are changes to our terms or rates, Stanford Transportation will make the changes available on relevant pages of its website. I understand that it is my responsibility to read and review the terms and conditions.
- I agree not to purchase a parking permit for a vehicle registered to a first-year undergraduate student (also referred to as ‘freshman’ or ‘frosh’). This is a violation of the Freshman Parking Policy.

- I understand that a vehicle may be towed at the owner’s expense if it is parked in a visitor or commuter lot for over 72 hours or if it is parked in a resident student lot while the registered owner is not in residence.
- I understand that any vehicle parked in a commuter space must fit within a single parking space unless otherwise approved by Stanford Transportation and any other relevant groups.
- I agree to adhere to the policies regarding vehicles within Stanford property as stated in the Stanford University Traffic and Parking Code.
