A Core Value...

Collaborative

Working with the community and region on an array of commuting possibilities.

Stanford’s transportation programs and infrastructure success depends on collaboration with external organizations, such as public agencies, businesses, and community-based organizations.

The Stanford Transportation Policy Team consists of representatives from Stanford Transportation, Land Use and Environmental Planning, and the Office of Government Affairs. The team meets frequently to discuss ongoing transportation-related projects, programs, policy, and regulatory efforts that are or may become relevant to the University.

In an effort to inform the campus community about these activities, Stanford Transportation’s Director of Policy and TDM regularly provides updates on these and related topics through our monthly newsletter. If you have questions or suggestions, please contact us at transportation@stanford.edu.

Below are some examples of regional transportation projects and programs that Stanford has been engaging in with the community.
