Registration Process – Essential for All New Students

Step 1: Enter your SUNet ID@stanford.edu email address and the type of device you are registering.

Step 2: Click to the next page and enter your device’s specifications and additional contact information.

Once you have completed the registration process, pick up a Stanford x Bike Index QR code sticker to affix to your device from the Campus Bike Shop or Stanford Transportation. Check for Stanford Transportation-hosted events, and stay informed by following @stanfordonthemove or visit bike.stanford.edu.

What if my bike is already registered?

Bikes registered in the past by Stanford Transportation are still listed in the database in case you need to access your last registration. Contact DPS at police@stanford.edu or 650.723.9633 if a copy of your registration is needed.
