Help Us Name the Latest Arrival to our Fleet

We need your help coming up with a clever name for our new Mobile Concierge Bike.

In honor of May’s National Bike to Work Month, we proudly introduce the newest arrival to the Stanford Transportation fleet -- a tricked-out Mobile Concierge Bike that will take us around campus in a most sustainable way. This e-bike with a trailer-mounted pop-up information center will allow our friendly, knowledgeable bike program staff to travel in style to events on both main campus and Stanford Redwood City with supplies in tow.

But we need your help coming up with a clever name! Submit your bike name by May 31, 2022. The winner receives namesake bragging rights, a new helmet and a bike safety kit. Winner will be announced June 6.
To get your creative juices flowing, here are a few more details:

  • The custom-designed cart serves as a table with an umbrella and chairs that fit inside, along with space galore for bike safety materials and supplies.
  • No more gas-driven vehicles to transport tables and supplies.
  • It’s the minivan of e-bikes—and it’s belt driven, which eliminates all chain lube making it one clean machine! Wait, could that be the name?

Meet our New Bike!
Stanford Redwood City Check out the bike at the Energizer station on Ride Your Bike to Work Day, Friday, May 20, in front of Cardinal Hall, 6:30 to 9:00 a.m.
Main Campus Keep your eyes open over the summer. Chances are, we’ll be riding to a spot near you soon.
