On Friday, June 21, the retail window of Stanford Transportation (formerly Parking & Transportation Services) shut down in preparation for our move to Stanford Redwood City on June 27, 2019. There will be no retail window at Stanford Redwood City.
We have been moving our processes online over the last two years in anticipation of no longer having a retail window at our new office, and to minimize in-person fulfillment.

Department daily permits: You can purchase department ‘A’ Daily permits, department ‘Event’ Daily permits, and Service Vehicle Daily permits through our virtual parking permit system (pre-registration required).
We encourage departments to continue to use their existing supply of valid physical parking permits before they expire. Departments can also request an exchange or refund for unused physical daily permits before Dec. 1, 2019.

We plan to transition to online bike registration in the near future. In the meantime, bike registration will continue to be an in-person process. We are hosting monthly bike registration events at the main campus and Stanford Redwood City on specific days.

Limited phone and email capabilities:
During several days of our actual move, our staff will be displaced. While expected to be available, our phone response capabilities may be curtailed from 3:30 p.m. on June 26 through June 28.
Please note that on the morning of July 1, we will be setting up our new office and will be unable to respond to phone and email inquiries for some or all of that time.
