Pedal Together 2025 Recap
Thanks to everyone who participated and made this year’s Pedal Together a success. Over 700 cyclists commuted on Bike to Work Day, a new record for the university!
Congratulations to all the Pedal Together raffle winners who won bike lights, helmets, and tune-ups. And to Helen Higgins, GSE research project manager, who was randomly selected to win a fantastic Tern E-Cargo Bike, valued at $2,499. “Energy was high as riders of all types rolled through our stations—e-bikers, cargo bikers, parents commuting with kids, and smiles all around,” said Erin Fieberling, lead organizer of Pedal Together. “We’ve also seen a surge in demand for our bike repair classes. More people are excited to get hands-on and learn how to keep their bikes in top shape.”
Throughout the month, 784 people took advantage of our special programming, which included in-person skills classes, instructor-led tours, webinars, 1:1 Bike Chats, STARS bicycle safety course, and reported bike commutes.
