Roble Field Garage, a five-level parking structure, opened on west campus on Feb. 7.

The underground structure offers more than 1,100 parking spaces to serve the parking needs of commuters, residents, and visitors.

  • Level 1 includes 'A' permit, ‘A-Carpool,’ Visitor, Disabled, Service Vehicle, and Electric Vehicle parking.
  • Level 2 offers 'A,' 'C,' ‘C-Carpool,’ 'MC' (motorcycle) and Electric Vehicle spaces.
  • Levels 3 and 4 have 'C' and 'MC' permit parking.
  • Levels 4 and 5 provide 'WE' parking.

The garage sits beneath Roble Field, between the Arrillaga Outdoor Education and Recreation Center and Roble Gym. The vehicle entrance is on Via Ortega. [map]

Pedestrians can access the structure at three entry points: on Santa Teresa Street next to Roble Gym, at the corner of Santa Teresa Street and Via Ortega, and on Panama Street across from the Bambi Modular.

Roble Field Garage features 54 electric vehicle (EV) charging ports. In a campus first, two of the electric vehicle spots are designated for people with disabilities. Additionally, there are 29 spots reserved for carpools until 10 a.m., including 13 ‘A’ carpool spaces and 16 ‘C’ carpool spaces.
