Stanford Campus Event Parking Options
Events, camps, and conferences are integral to the campus environment and need advance planning with Stanford Transportation. Parking is limited to specific areas based on space availability, time of year, other events, construction projects, number of attendees, and other factors. To reserve parking, an event must be sponsored by a Stanford affiliate.
Employees should submit an event parking request. For step-by-step instructions, reference the "How To" Submit an Event Parking Request.
Consider the following when making an event parking request:
- Parking reservation requests must be submitted ten business days before the event.
- If approved, last-minute requests (less than 10 days) are subject to additional fees.
- Cancellations require a minimum notice of 7 business days to avoid charges.
- Students and non-Stanford affiliates/visitors will not have access to the event parking portal.
