Summer Storage

Summer vehicle storage is available to the first 200 students who apply, are approved, confirm their purchase, and pay in full. 

Resident Students meeting the following requirements may purchase a Summer Storage parking permit to store their vehicle on the lowest level (LL4) of the Wilbur Field Garage. 

• Must have lived in Stanford on-campus housing during the current academic year and held a valid parking permit for Spring Quarter.
• Must designate a local contact person who has access to your car keys in case of emergency.
• Must comply with any requests from Stanford Transportation to relocate your vehicle. Non-compliance may result in citations or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
• Must complete the 2026 Vehicle Storage Application at least one week before leaving your vehicle on campus.

The permit is priced at $48 per calendar month and can be valid through September 30, 2026, at the latest. Please note that full payment is due at the time of purchase, and permits are non-refundable. Payment is required at the time of approval to confirm your spot. Storage begins on the selected date and ends on either August 31 or September 30, depending on the option chosen at purchase, and is valid only at the lowest level (LL4) of the Wilbur Field Garage. 

Important: It is your responsibility to ensure payment for your summer storage permit before leaving campus to avoid receiving a citation.
