Rental procedures

• Rentals are now available for Stanford students age 18+*. To be eligible, students must use code CDP# 2243820 and provide a valid Stanford ID and a major credit or debit card. For your convenience, use this link to make your reservation which will automatically associate the CDP# with the reservation. 
• Stanford affiliates use this link to learn more, make a reservation, or enroll for free in Hertz Gold Plus Rewards membership.
• Please note that car rental reservations for university-sponsored travel may be booked through Stanford Travel booking channels for administrative efficiencies. For more information, please see the Ground Transportation Policy.

*Please note in Alabama and Nebraska minimum age to rent is 19.
