Caltrain & Marguerite Regular Weekday Service Resumes May 23rd

Caltrain and Marguerite will resume regular weekday service effective Monday, May 23rd. Click here for more information.

Check the status of your university-provided transit passes

University-provided Caltrain Go Passes, VTA SmartPasses, and AC Transit EasyPasses remain valid. Current pass holders, or those eligible, can continue free, unlimited travel on Caltrain, VTA, and/or AC Transit.

No action is required if you already have your pass(es).

The Go Pass is available FREE to eligible university employees, hospital employees, graduate students, and postdoctoral scholars. The pass allows unlimited travel on Caltrain between all zones.

Pilot Go Pass (Students)

The Go Pass is free to eligible graduate students and postdoctoral scholars through pilot programs.

Go Pass Eligibility

The Go Pass is available to university and hospital employees, graduate students, and postdoctoral scholars residing off Stanford property and within typical commuting distances.

If Your Go Pass is Lost, Stolen, or Damaged

There is a limit of two replacements per calendar year. Learn more about the process.

Consequences of Transferring the Go Pass

Fraudulent use and transfer of the Go Pass is a serious violation of the program.

About the Caltrain Go Pass

The Go Pass is valid for the full calendar year, seven days a week. The pass is free, and allows eligible off-campus employees, graduate students and postdoctoral scholars unlimited travel on the Caltrain for the calendar year.
