September calendar month, Quarterly (Sept-Dec), Monthly Auto-Renewal (effective 9/1), and Annual Department/Vendor/Contractor permits are available for purchase.

Authorized vendor contacts will have access to purchase daily or annual parking permits. Below are helpful links and “How To” guides to help you navigate your vendor parking permit options. Additionally, you can consider using visitor parking for occasional visits or request short-term (monthly or fixed-term) permits. Vendor Sponsorship Form
First-time vendors should request their Stanford sponsoring department complete this form authorizing Stanford Transportation to create an account in the Permit Purchasing Management System.
Vendor Contact Form
Use this form to be designated access to manage parking for your company. We recommend having a minimum of two contacts but are limited to a maximum of five. Please note that each designee can only manage parking for one company
