Below you can find out how to appeal a parking citation based on the jurisdiction in which you received the citation.
If you wish to appeal a parking citation you must request an administrative review within these deadlines:
If you do not make your request within this period of time, the law specifies that you lose your right to appeal the citation.
Please note: The appeal procedure should be pursued by the person who received the parking citation. Department contacts can also appeal a department visitor's ticket if it was done in error or departments can pay the department visitor's ticket if it was a valid citation.

Appeals must be postmarked by the 21st day of its issuance, or the appeal will NOT be accepted.
