Customer Service

Customer service closes at 4 pm on Wednesday, November 27, and will reopen at 7:30 am on Monday, December 2.

Customer service departments will have limited hours from 7:30-8:30 am on Tuesday, December 3.
Our customer service departments are closed on November 28 & 29. However, you can use the How-to Guides to:
- Buy a parking permit through our virtual parking permit system
- Access the pre-tax transit and commuter benefits portal
Parking Enforcement
Parking in Residential and Special Zones is enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in:
- Residential lots (except shared lots)
- Special zones, such as disabled parking, red zones, fire lanes, and special-permit-only spaces.
For the remaining areas of the Stanford campus and the Stanford Redwood City campus, parking enforcement remains in effect as usual except for the following official university holiday:
- Thursday, Nov. 28 & Friday, Nov. 29, 2024
Vehicles cannot be left in commuter or visitor parking areas for more than 72 hours. In accordance with Stanford University Traffic and Parking Code Section 3.8 on Storage of Vehicles, no vehicle can be stored without express permission from Stanford Transportation.

Disability Golf (DisGo) Cart Service
Please note that there is no DisGo service during this University holiday.
Emergency Ride Home
If you use an alternative to driving alone to get to work and have a covered, verifiable need for an emergency ride home, please arrange and pay for your ride home, then submit your receipt to commuteclub@stanford.edu for reimbursement. If your destination is within 20 miles of your worksite, you can use Yellow Checker Rainbow Cab (650.999.9999), Uber, or Lyft. If your destination is more than 20 miles from your worksite, use Uber or Lyft.
