Hertz Car Rental

Hertz is located on the ground floor of the Stock Farm Garage, 360 Oak Road, Stanford, CA. 94305 and is open Mon- Fri 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Customers can reach them at 650.876.1866.

Rental procedures

  • Rentals are now available for students age 18+*. Students age 18+* are eligible to rent from Hertz and will be asked to provide a valid Stanford ID and a major credit or debit card.
  • Stanford affiliates use this link to learn more, make a reservation, or enroll for free in Hertz Gold Plus Rewards membership.
  • Please note that car rental reservations for university-sponsored travel may be booked through Stanford Travel booking channels for administrative efficiencies. For more information, please see the Ground Transportation Policy.
