Not everyone is eligible to use our Online Ordering system, and some of our services are not available online. Here is information on other ways to order or apply.
If You Have Trouble Using Online Ordering
Are you wondering why you can't login to our Online Ordering? This might help explain why:
- Your name or ID doesn't match
University users need to have a SUNet ID in StanfordYou (employees) or Axess (students) to use single sign-on. - Eligibility
The following affiliates are eligible to use our Online Ordering system:- Stanford University employees, registered students, and Stanford Hospital/Clinic employees may use online ordering.
- SLAC employees may order short-term/daily permits only. Please consult your HR Manager for other products.
Application Forms
Submit an application form if you are unable to log in or it is unavailable through online ordering.
These services must be requested through the following links:
- Charter Services: Request a vehicle for your event or group.
- Tour Bus Parking: Request Tour Bus Parking if your visit is not arranged by a Stanford group or department.
- Payroll Deduction: We offer pre-tax parking and transit savings to university and hospital employees who receive regular payroll checks through their employer.
