Citations issued by the County of Santa Clara can still be viewed, paid or contested at http://citationprocessingcenter.com.
This issue does not affect your ability to purchase a parking permit. To purchase a permit go to https://permitparking.stanford.edu.

If you need visitor parking at Stanford, you will need the ParkMobile Zone Number where you park. We recommend that you purchase visitor parking when you arrive to ensure space is available where you plan to park. The Zone Numbers are posted on green ParkMobile signs in visitor parking areas throughout Stanford’s campuses. Please note that physical pay stations are not available in visitor lots.
