How to Approve Sponsorship
Stanford employees can follow the steps below to provide sponsorship to Stanford-visiting commuters. Sponsorship must first be requested before it can be approved. For other guides on using the virtual parking permit system, visit our "How to" guides page.

Step 1: Upon login, the “Home” screen is displayed in the online ordering portal. Click on "My Account" to access transaction history and order options. |

Step 2: Select the “Sponsorship” tab.New sponsorship requests will appear under the “Those I Sponsor” section of this page.

Step 3: Click the “edit” icon. | |
Step 4: Complete the first page of the Sponsorship Agreement.Review and accept the terms of sponsorship, and provide the start and end dates of the sponsorship. Note: Sponsorship is limited to 6 months. Once completed, click “Agree” to continue. |

Step 5: Complete the second page of the Sponsorship Agreement.Note: You are required to provide your phone number, plus the phone number, employment type, work address, and number of work hours per week of the person you intend to sponsor. “Work Hours Per Week” must be a numerical value. Click “Save” to continue. |

Step 6: Review your approved sponsorship details.Note: If you need to edit or revoke a sponsorship, you can do so with the "edit" or "X" icon next to the sponsoree on this page. |
